"We commit ourselves, in partnership with all stakeholders, to improve the quality of the economic, social and cultural life of our communities"
Our mission statement refers to our commitment to improve the quality of the economic, social and cultural life in North Tipperary by the provision of services in co-operation with other Local Authorities, Statutory Agencies, Local Community groups and the public.
Progress can only be achieved by developing a team approach including members, staff and the community working together in partnership to achieve a common goal which could be summed up in terms of enhancing the quality of life for all stakeholders. The challenge facing us is to ensure that the local authority, its resources and policies are appropriate to the needs of our society. The achievement of this goal requires the hard work and dedication of our members, management and staff together with the many representatives of other local authorities, state agencies, local community groups and the general public. The continued development of a modern, vibrant Organisation capable of providing a range of quality services to the citizens of North Tipperary is dependent on these partnerships.
We look forward, with growing confidence, to continued improvements
within our Organisation and throughout the County during the coming years.
