If so, why not consider Affordable Housing.
If you feel that you have to pay more than 35% of your net income (i.e. gross pay less PAYE and PRSI) to finance a mortgage repayment, then you are eligible to apply for Affordable Housing.
There are two No. 2 Bed End Houses at €150,000 approx. exclusive of legal fees and the remaining two are priced at €145,000 each exclusive of legal fees at Ayr Hill Court, Roscrea.
There are two, two storey terraced dwellings at Carrick Court, Templetuohy, Thurles. No. 1 is an end of terrace at €156,000 exclusive of legal fees and No. 2 is a mid terrace at €151,000 approximately exclusive of legal fees.
