7.7 Development Contributions
Considerable sums of money will be required to provide village facilities. The Planning Authority, in considering the capital expenditure necessary for the provision of the objectives set out below, considers it reasonable that a financial contribution will be required in line with Section 49 Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme (when available) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000. The Council will apply charges in accordance with the adopted Development Contribution Scheme for North Tipperary.
Restricted finances will necessitate that the provision of services to meet the anticipated level of growth will be phased in line with new development.
