Is your Community Group/organisation working towards environmental improvement and Sustainable development in your community?
If so, you may be entitled to co-funding from the Local Agenda 21 Environmental Partnership Fund which encourages small-scale local partnership projects between local community groups/schools/environmental groups and the Local Authority.
Projects will be selected according to relevant criteria to be funded by North Tipperary County Council and the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. Preference is given to those projects where a proportion of the project cost is funded by the applicant or from other sources.
Environmental awareness projects should support Local Agenda 21, a process which facilitates sustainable development at community level.
