Making a Complaint
Should you wish to lodge a complaint or observation with regard to any issue, you may do so by phone or in writing. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 working days and advise you of the action we intend to take.
When your complaint has been investigated, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 working days and inform you of any appeal procedures available to you should you not be satisfied.
This section also responds to pollutions complaints from members of the public. If you are aware of pollution within the county, please notify the Environment Section on 067 44786, 067 44791 or any Council Office.
