Control of Horses

Under the Control of Horses Act 1996, North Tipperary County Council adopted Bye-Laws in May 1998 which prohibits the keeping or grazing of horses in a Public Place and the Council shall have the Horses removed to a Pound. If the public have any queries relating to Stray Horses please contact North Tipperary County Council,  Environment Section, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh - Telephone No. 067 44500 Mon - Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
