Give a Dog a Home

Rehome a dog in North Tipperary

We are always looking for suitable homes for unwanted dogs in this area. Every week in our Dog Pound we have a variety of dogs that would make ideal pets. If we could match up people looking for a dog with the dogs that are desperately looking for homes, we could greatly reduce the number of dogs that we have to put down.

We now have a new feature on our website where the Council Vet will upload photographs of dogs that are currently in the pound looking to be rehomed.

Please visit http://www.tipperarynorth.ie/rehome to see the full listings of dogs

This list is updated every fortnight. If you have the time and space you could soon have a new friend! Contact the Dog Pound at 067 33323 (Mon 4.00 - 5.30pm, Tuesday to Friday 9.00a.m. to 10.30a.m.) or the Environment Section at 067 44786. Remember! If you are considering getting a dog please remember that somebody should be at home most of the day so they are not left for long periods of time on their own.
