Litter Management Plan
Local authorities are obliged to review their Litter Management Plan at least once in each period of 3 years after the plan is first implemented and after the review, if the local authority deems it necessary, it can amend or replace the plan.
A joint Litter Management Plan with Nenagh, Templemore, and Thurles Town Councils has been adopted by all 4 Local Authorities and has been translated into Irish.
It is for the period 2006 to 2009.
